6) Improve the skill of ten-toe-typing
7) Improve the skill of writing the articles having figures in a faultless, orderly manner in a short time.

COURSE DEFINITIONBusiness articles, letters, official posts, articles and other special articles written in-house kind of communication as applied at the beginning of the computer to understand.
COURSE CONTENTS
WEEKTOPICS
1st Week Explaining the aims and the contents of the course, communication concept, its types, ways and the explanation of the communication tools
2nd Week Correspondence principles and rules
3rd Week The form of professional correspondences, explanation of rules and application writing
4th Week Curriculum vitae explanation and sample preparation. Professional correspondences, letter types
5th Week Circulars, Printed Advertisement Letters, explanation of the Selling, Request and Job Request Letters and practising them.
6th Week Explaining and practising Order, Receipt and thanks, Persistence, Confirmation , Credit, Revenue and payment pursuit, Refusal / Admission letters, preparing examples.
7th Week Explaining private letters (thanks, congratulation, condolence and consolation, invitation, etc.) and preparing the exercises in the given time.
8th Week MIDTERM
9th Week Preparing unofficial notes, memorandums, notices, reference(recommendation) letters
10th Week Official correspondences, formal rules in official correspondences
11th Week Explaining and practising Application, Report, Minutes, Form, Contract, Specification, Note among official correspondence types
12th Week Explaining Müzekkere, Mazbata, Circular, Proxy among official correspondence types, and other official correspondences, having their samples prepared and getting them write the letters to be corrected
13th Week Report preparation techniques
14th Week General revision of all the subjects studied
