LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Defines basic management functions and can relate to human resources management applied in businesses.
2) Will be able to define the main concepts of human resource management and discuss the strategic importance of human resource management
3) Will be able to explain human resource planning and job analysis process
4) Will be able to define recruitment and selection process and be understand their applications in organizations
5) Will be able to explain training processes within the organization and knows the major methods of training
6) Will be able to define performance appraisal process within the organization and understands performance management system
7) Will be able to explain compensation systems and job evaluation methods
8) Will be able to understand the human resource applications in organizations
