LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Defines evidence-based dentistry by embracing the importance of lifelong learning in dentistry. 2) Understanding the importance of literature follow-up, classifies the articles in the dentistry literature according to the level of evidence. 3) Interprets the articles in the dentistry literature. 4) Review and uses the literature in accordance with its purpose. 5) Evaluates publications according to their methodology. 6) Conducts clinical practices using evidence-based information. 7) By comprehending the pyramid of evidence, it filters the treatment that will provide the highest benefit to the patient in the clinical practice of any branch of dentistry through scientific data. 8) Reaches the right data in the selection of the most appropriate and most up-to-date treatment. 9) 10) 11)
