COURSE DEFINITIONThe examples of avant-garde cinema, which has emerged by using different techniques throughout the historical evolution of cinema, the language of experimental cinema and its elements will be discussed through form and content. How the art movements like Cubism, Futurism, Dadaism and Surrealism and also postmodern approaches affected the cinema will be evaluated.
