At the end of this course, the students; 1) Students will learn the concepts of information diversion and destruction 2) Students will learn the concept of knowledge management 3) Students will learn legal arrangements and practices related to information in other countries 4) Students will learn the legal provisions and practices related to informatics in Turkey 5) Students will be informed about informatics legislation

COURSE DEFINITION | The aim of the course is to examine the discipline of ICT Law in accordance with comparative law and to convey its place and development within the Turkish Legal System. During the course, national and international policies affecting Information and Communication Technology Law, entrepreneurship-based entrepreneurship based on information technologies, consumer protection in electronic environment in line with popular business practices on the internet, intellectual property rights in information society, information security, advertising, standardization and accreditation models. The issues will be examined within the scope of Turkish Law and EU legislation. |
