At the end of this course, the students; 1) Evaluate and question management theories. 2) Can question the historical background of the changes in management in business life. 3) Students will be able to analyze the relationship of management approaches with political, economic and social structures. 4) Analyze variables and parameters of management and management. 5) Understand and analyze managerial processes. 6) To be able to evaluate critically the theories of management comparatively. 7) To be able to question today's management understanding in the light of the phases passed.

COURSE DEFINITION | Within the scope of the discipline of management, thoughts, theories, current criticisms and new approaches about the management of business in the last century constitute the content of the course.
