At the end of this course, the students; 1) Identification of stakeholders in a system, disclosure of roles and expectations of system development 2) Evaluating a problem and defining business needs 3) To be able to explain project management cycle and to measure project progress 4) To be able to perform system analysis tasks: Problem analysis, needs analysis, decision analysis 5) Be able to set process and data models 6) Be able to communicate verbally / in writing as individual and team member
