At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know how entrepreneurship is applied to established organizations. 2) Can identify the building blocks of corporate entrepreneurship. 3) Can relate the entrepreneurial needs to the globalization needs. 4) Understand the need and importance of innovation. 5) Have knowledge about entrepreneurship and innovation in different contexts.

COURSE DEFINITION | Risk capital is the investment made by institutional investors in order to satisfy the needs of the visionary, innovative and productive entrepreneurs with a high growth potential yet face troubles in obtaining the necessary financial resources in respect of the realization of investment and growth. This course aims to provide managers with developing the perspective to understand how the industry works by touching upon the types of capitals. This course contributes managers to understand how private enterprise and risk capital institutions work and the reasons of choosing this formation and where opportunities and problems concerning innovations emerge. |
