At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn the basic information about the concept of commercial business. 2) Defines the concept of commercial enterprise. 3) Explain the elements of commercial business. 4) Evaluate the commercial affairs and the provisions to which they are subject. 5) Interprets the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code regarding the commercial enterprise. 6) Define the concept of trader. 7) Learns how to acquire the title of merchant. 8) Explain the results of merchant adjective. 9) Interprets the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code related to the trader. 10) Solves the problems of the trader. 11) Can define trade names. 12) Defines the concept of trade name. 13) Defines the business name. 14) Defines the concept of brand.

The concept of commercial law, commercial business, merchant, trade name, business name, brand, trade registry, issues such as current account, unfair competition, commercial agents, proxies, partnership concept, ordinary, collective, limited partnership, anonymous and limited partnerships and related legal transactions , valuable documents and related legal procedures are taught.
