COURSE DEFINITION	Definitions of intellectual and artistic works, varieties of intellectual and artistic works, the owner of the work, the rights of the author, moral and financial rights, professional associations, contracts and savings, civil lawsuits, criminal lawsuits, unfair competition, publication contract in Turkish Code of Obligations taught.
