1) Prepares the project file.
2) Makes production for the project.
3) Presents the project in front of the jury.

COURSE DEFINITIONAt the end of the term, it covers the preparation and presentation of at least three different types of food (introduction, main and dessert) that introduce a country cuisine.
COURSE CONTENTS
WEEKTOPICS
1st Week Project file preparation techniques, project file format and content to explain
2nd Week The aim and target group of the project, budget breakdown of the project
3rd Week Placing the visual contents of the project file
4th Week Term plan, research topic determination, source search
5th Week Discussion of definitions and limitations, discussion of the resources used
6th Week Examination of the first part and corrections
7th Week Completion and submission of the first part, discussion of universe and sample
8th Week Midterm
9th Week Data collection
10th Week Selection of data and discussion of analysis, reporting of study results
11th Week Summarizing the findings, interpretation of the findings and generalization
12th Week Discussion of comments and generalizations, discussion of proposals
13th Week Preliminary examination of the research report and corrections
14th Week Completing and submitting the research report
15th Week Final Project presentation
