At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learns the subject of labor law, the scope, the conclusion of the employment contract and the terms and results. 2) Learn how to terminate the employment contract. 3) Gains knowledge of working hours. 4) Learn occupational health and safety issues.

COURSE DEFINITION
Basic principles and concepts in labor law, definition of labor contract, legal nature, types of labor contract, debts of parties in labor law, termination and results of labor contract, notice, bad intention and severance payments, trade unions, collective bargaining are taught. Topics such as strike and lockout, social security law and insurance types are taught.
