1) Recognizes the basic concepts of law, system of law, definition of rights and types of law.
2) Recognizes individuals and family legal system.
3) Carries out debt receivable transactions.
4) Carries goods and execution bankruptcy law transactions.
5) Recognizes the Turkish judicial organs.

COURSE DEFINITIONIn this course, the basic concepts of law, sources of law, branches, legal system and features of the Turkish legal system are taught.

4th Week Acquisition and loss of rights
5th Week Protection of rights
6th Week Chapters of private law, civil law (person and family law)

8th Week Midterm
9th Week Law of obligations (Contracts, tort, unjust enrichment)
10th Week General provisions of commercial law
11th Week Sections of public law (Constitutional law)
12th Week General concepts in criminal law
13th Week General concepts in tax law
14th Week Turkish judicial system
