LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Explain the basic principles of National Security Law. 2) Explain the status of the commanders and other officers in the Armed Forces. 3) Define the disciplinary investigation process in the Armed Forces. 4) Solve the problems that arise in disciplinary law issues. 5) Explain the jurisdiction of military courts. 6) Explain the right to information. 7) Explain environmental law.

COURSE DEFINITION	This is a course that analyses the military crimes and punishments.
COURSE CONTENTS	WEEK TOPICS 1st Week National Security Law. 2nd Week Commander's powers and duties. 3rd Week Code of conduct. 4th Week Soldier's individual rights. 5th Week Civil personnel law ? employment law. 6th Week Investigation. 7th Week Discipline. 8th Week MIDTERM EXAM. 9th Week Administrative law, personnel transactions, separation. 10th Week Criminal investigations. 11th Week Issues about military courts. 12th Week Right to information. 13th Week Contract law and financial law. 14th Week Environmental law.
