At the end of this course, the students;
1) Comprehend the principles of Turkish law of succession.
2) Learn the types of heirship and testamentary dispositions.
3) Be acquainted with the lawsuits peculiar to law of succession.
4) Be able to apply the rules of law of succession regarding the inheritable property of a deceased person.
