At the end of this course, the students; 1) Get informed about the historical development of legal ethics 2) Get informed about the principles of legal ethics 3) Get informed about the national and international sources of legal ethics 4) Get informed about legal ethics advisory committees? structure and practice in Turkey, 5) Get informed about the legal ethics regime that is applying on state employees, 6) Get informed about the developments of legal ethics in comparative law 7) Get informed how legal ethics principles are interpreted and evaluated in Turkish Court of Appeals and Europian Court of Human Rights 8) Learn if a behaviour is ethic or not and how to analyze that.
