LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Define the concept of administration and administrative law. 2) Define the source of law of administration. 3) Explain the central administration organization of Turkish administrative organization. 4) Will be able to explain the organization of local administrations of Turkish administrative organization. 5) Explain the organization of the Turkish administrative organization in terms of service. 6) Will be able to explain the organization of Independent Administrative Authorities in Turkish administrative organization. 7) Define and explain the administrative processes.

COURSE DEFINITION	The main subjects are the fundamentals of the administrative law, the organisation of the administration, the duties and the authorities of the administration, and the inspection of the administration.
