At the end of this course, the students; 1) Comprehend the European Constitutional and Administrative Law. 2) Informed on the European integration process. 3) Know the institutions, their functioning and decision making procedures. 4) Learn EU judicial system. 5) Learn the structure and functioning of the EU Court of Justice. 6) Observe the basic norms concerning judicial review of the actions of the EU institutions. 7) Learn about procedures for direct actions against Member States and status of municipal courts in EU judicial processes. 8) Learn the concept of EU citizenship and their rights and responsibilities. 9) Examine the rights of free movement, residence, social security and other rights of the EU citizens. 10) Learn the free movements of goods. 11) Learn the EU competition law. 12) Study political and legal framework of Turkey - EU relations and its future
