At the end of this course, the students; 1) Students develop skills to interact with individuals from different cultures, ethnic groups, gender identities and age groups. 2) Evaluates macro, global and national variables affecting inclusive education processes in counseling services. 3) Design research on inclusion in counseling services 4) Gain the ability to direct counseling processes in accordance with the principles of diversity and inclusion. 5) Gain the ability to adapt counseling processes to the needs of different individuals. 6) By understanding their own cultural context and biases, students increase cultural awareness in their counseling process.
