1) Define science and make connections between science and philosophy.
2) Define the scientific method.
3) Know the philosophies of ancient philosophers and define the understanding of this era?s science, make connections between scholastic philosophy and science.
4) Know the characteristics of the science and philosophy in islamic cultural geography.
5) Know the characteristics of the science and philosophy in renaissance europe.
6) Know the characteristics of the science and philosophy in enlightenment era.
7) Classify sciences.
8) Know the differences between science and scienticism and know ethics and religion relations
9) Understand the notion of paradigm in science and have the knowledge about different thought schools.
10) Have the knowledge about the development of science and also the characteristic properties of science in 17th, 18th, 19th ve 20th century.
11) Know the recent developments and approaches in science.
