At the end of this course, the students; 1) Can recognize and identify a problem. 2) Knows how to handle and solve a problem with the scientific method. 3) Can make data-based suggestions regarding the problem it detects. 4) Can describe, explain and defend solution suggestions. 5) Can examine the education-related events happening around him from a critical perspective.

COURSE DEFINITION | The content of this course consists of current problems arising from the conditions of the Education System. Although it is not possible to predict what these problems will be, students should also be aware of the ongoing problems of the system in which they will work in the future. In general, it can be expressed under general headings such as employment problems, professional development problems, problems related to personnel rights, problems related to working conditions, infrastructure problems of schools, problems arising from relations between managers and managed, and intra-organizational communication problems. |
