| COURSE DEFINITION | The content of this course consists of current problems arising from the conditions of the Education System. Although it is not possible to predict what these problems will be, students should also be aware of the ongoing problems of the system in which they will work in the future. In general, it can be expressed under general headings such as employment problems, professional development problems, problems related to personnel rights, problems related to working conditions, infrastructure problems of schools, problems arising from relations between managers and managed, and intra-organizational communication problems. |
