At the end of this course, the students; 1) Knows the relationship between the concept of education and law. 2) Knows and internalizes the concept of the rule of law as one of the basic characteristics of the state. 3) Knows the rights and responsibilities of education components. 4) Knows the laws that give these rights to education components. 5) Knows the regulations of international agreements regarding education. 6) Takes student rights into account in classroom management practices. 7) Respects the rights of parents in their relations with them and protects their own rights. 8) Understands the limits of his rights and responsibilities and how he should behave in his relations with the management, and reflects this into practice.* 9) Knows that his behavior contrary to legal regulations requires responsibility and has legal sanctions, and he pays attention to his behavior. 10) Knows that the rule of law is essential in contemporary society and that one must seek their rights within the legal framework.
