1) Explains the diagnostic criteria and subtypes of ADHD.
2) Explains the basic principles of structuring the classroom environments of individuals/children with ADHD.
3) It gives suggestions to teachers on how to adapt their programs in line with the basic characteristics of students with ADHD.

COURSE DEFINITIONGeneral information about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), diagnosis and medical treatment of ADHD, techniques used in classroom and behavior management in children with ADHD, strategies applied to increase the academic success of children with ADHD.
