LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Comprehend mathematical error, difficulty and misconception. 2) Know mathematical concepts and common misconceptions related to these concepts 3) Apply the techniques of inquiry that reveal the thinking process of middle school students 4) Produce a solution for the misconceptions according to the characteristics of the subject area and the individual differences of the students

COURSE DEFINITION	Mathematical error, difficulty and misconception; types of misconceptions, mathematical concepts and common misconceptions related to these concepts in the literature; questioning techniques to reveal the thinking processes of middle school students; producing solutions for misconceptions according to the characteristics of the subject area and individual differences of students.
