COURSE DEFINITION
Students taking this course are expected to be able to define computer assisted mathematics teaching, to realise technology integration in mathematics learning and teaching processes, to perform basic geometric drawings with computer support, to show the relationship between mathematical concepts in a dynamic environment. In this course, computer assisted mathematics applications, teaching mathematics subjects with computer, learning mathematics in computerised environment, mathematical research through specially designed software packages, Geogebra, Cabri3D, Sketchpad etc. software and Web 2.0 tools, designing and developing computer assisted activities using Geogebra software will be discussed.
