COURSE DEFINITIONSequences, convergence of sequences, monotone sequences. The concept of series, divergence and convergence of series, positive term series and convergence criteria. Alternating series. Absolute and conditional convergence; Function sequences and the concept of uniform convergence; Function series, pointwise and uniform convergence in function series; Power series, convergence interval of power series, power series representations of functions; Taylor and Maclaurin series and applications.
