At the end of this course, the students; 1) will be able to explain history of religion teaching. 2) will be able to summarize development process of religion teaching. 3) will be able to examine Primary Education Religion Culture and Morality Curriculum. 4) will be able to explain new approaches related to religion. 5) will be able to identify required condition in religion teaching. 6) will be able to identify relation religion with human. 7) will be able to recognize other religion characteristics.

COURSE DEFINITION
Basic concepts in teaching religious culture and ethics: terms of religion ? culture ? ethics; Islam and other religion, the concept of faith: conditions of faith in Islam religion, basic principles of Muslims; worship: the concept of worship; ethics and principles of ethics about the individual and society; basic values of life and its teaching, examination of primary education religion culture and ethics curriculum; standards, content, teaching approaches, evaluation of leaning.
