LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1)
Gains information about the climate of Early Childhood Education institutions, educational policies and processes.
2) Gain knowledge about the human side (personnel policies) of early childhood education and care institutions management.
3) Compares the practices in the world and in Turkey regarding the humanitarian aspect (personnel policies) of early childhood education and care institutions management.
4) Gain information about the regulations regarding early childhood education in the world and in Turkey.
5) Gain information about the organizational culture, levels, elements and climate in early childhood education institutions.
6) Early childhood education institutions examine national and international examples on issues that fall within the scope of personnel policies.
