At the end of this course, the students;
1) He/she will be able to explain general concepts of first aid.
2) He/she Be able to define the basic lif support.
3) He/she gains external cardiac massage and artificial respiration on the model.
4) He/she knows the types of firing.
5) He/she applys emergency transport techniques.
6) He/she knows and applys placement techniques on a stretcher.
7) He/she knows carrying rules of the injured in the vehicle.

| COURSE DEFINITION | In this lecture, basic principles of intervention to circulatory system interventions, artificial respiration and supportive care, bleeding control, shock, soft tissue trauma, musculoskeletal system, fractures and locomotor system injuries, shoulder and upper extremity injuries, pelvis and lower extremity injuries are emphasized. |
