| COURSE DEFINITION | The traces of the development of sociology in Turkey cover more than a hundred years. Sociology, which accelerated especially after the proclamation of the Republic, became an important branch of science with the acceleration of change in Turkey after the second half of the 20th century. In this course, the works of thinkers who contributed to the development of sociology in Turkey are discussed in a historical perspective. |
