COURSE DEFINITION
In this course, art is handled as a sociological process and analyzed in relation to other sociological concepts. In the course, the effects of modern art on societies and the effects of social structures on art are analyzed comparatively. It is aimed that students will consider art as a social institution with a sociological perspective.
