LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Define and exemplify the basic principles of biochemistry. 2) Write and explain the structure and functions of biomolecules. 3) Write the relationship between the structure and functions of biomolecules based on the knowledge integrity. 4) Knowing the structure of biomolecules, gives general examples of clinical and industrial application areas of biochemistry.

COURSE DEFINITION | This course aims to focus on the chemical structure of the cell, which is the smallest structural unit of all living organisms, and the biological events that occur in the cell, within the concept of the basic principles of biochemistry.
It covers the relationship between the structure and functions of biomolecules. |
