COURSE DEFINITIONIT policies form the basis of countries' economic policies. It is observed that company or regional IT policies at micro and meso scale are gaining importance in all countries. The course examines IT policy methods on the basis of OECD norms. The roles of the stakeholders of the national IT system will be discussed in the course. In addition, the effects of IT policies on social issues are discussed.
