COURSE DEFINITION
The course aims to explain the importance of knowledge for business and management, to introduce the basic concepts of knowledge management and the knowledge management process. It focuses on how knowledge is created, retained, presented, stored and reused to improve the intellectual capital of the business. Tools and techniques for obtaining, evaluating, valuing, managing, organizing and disseminating knowledge apply to business situations. Creation, coordination, coding, transfer, reuse of information, technology and information management, and knowledge management strategies are the topics studied.
