COURSE DEFINITION | Technology Management is the planning, management, supervision and coordination of the development and implementation of technological capabilities that will enable companies to shape and realize their strategic and operational goals. Today, technological changes constantly create new challenges and opportunities in terms of new products, services, processes, institutional development and industrial diversity. It is necessary to seize these opportunities and turn them into value through an effective and dynamic Technology Management. In this course, basic issues related to how managers will use and manage technology are explained. Innovation strategies in the world and in Turkey is explained to be created will gain awareness and innovative thinking ability.
