1) Start to produce a quality sound tone, begin to learn musicality and technical requirements.
2) Start to control the volume of their voices.
3) Gain enough performance to sing opera pieces suitable for the repertoire of the period.

COURSE DEFINITIONTo maintain a correct posture and use basic breath technique priciples.
COURSE CONTENTS
WEEKTOPICS
1st Week Correct breathing, diaphragm/timbre exercises and technical exercises.
2nd Week Correct use of breathing. diaphragm / timbre / tone exercises and technical exercises.
3rd Week Double, triple, quadruple in addition to the previous exercises. vocal exercises with five, six, and eight scales
4th Week Legato, staccato exercises; Fragments from Concone, Vaccai methods
5th Week Various vocal exercises; additionally fragments from the S. Marchesi method
6th Week Easy ancient arias in addition to previous works
7th Week Different exercises from Voice Training methods.
8th Week MIDTERM
9th Week Exercises to reach high notes with diaphragm support in addition to previous work
10th Week Exercises to improve sound volume, loudness and tonal quality
11th Week Technical study/ Baroque Period arias and Antique arias suitable for the student's level
12th Week Technical study/ Baroque Period arias and Antique arias suitable for the student's level
13th Week Technical study/ Baroque Period arias and Antique arias/ musicality studies suitable for the level of the student
14th Week Technical study/ Baroque Period arias and Antique arias/ musicality studies suitable for the level of the student
