COURSE DEFINITION
In the course of human rights, information will be given about the history of human rights and the development of thought, some basic concepts of human rights and problems related to human rights, and discussion topics will be
emphasized. In the context of human rights, the concepts of human, humanity heritage of thought, literature and science heritage will be emphasized; The formation and universality of the common heritage, the importance of
contributing to and benefiting from the common heritage will be evaluated. Within the scope of the development process of the idea of ??human rights, in the process of developments in the thought of Human Rights in the 20th century, Returning from the Individual Human Rights Concept to the Social Human Rights Thought; General information will be given about the Development of the Idea of Going from the Individual and Social Dimension to the Universal and International Dimension, the Conventions on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
