COURSE DEFINITION	ENG 426 is an intermediate (B2 level) course which aims to teach general English and whose prerequisite course is ENG 425. The course aims to enhance students? knowledge of English language and vocabulary, and develop the four language skills (reading, listening, speaking, and writing).
COURSE CONTENTS	WEEK TOPICS 1st Week 1. Unit 11 Listening: an argument 2nd Week 2. Unit 11 Speaking: Softening language to give criticism 3rd Week 3. Unit 11 Reading: Speed reading 4th Week 4. Unit 11 Vocabulary: Rule breaking, good and bad behaviour 5th Week 5. Unit 11 Grammar: should(not) have done, was were going to 6th Week 6. Unit 11 Writing: descriptions 7th Week 7. Revision 8th Week 8. Unit 12 Listening: taking notes 9th Week 9. Unit 12 Speaking: Talking about ideal jobs 10th Week 10. Unit 12 Reading: Scanning, job advertisements 11th Week 11.
