COURSE DEFINITION
'drawing as a means of observation, communication and exploration'
This course includes basic information and applications of freehand drawing, which is one of the architectural drawing techniques. Within the scope of the course, it is aimed to increase the awareness of the students about the role and importance of drawing in the design process. First of all, the basics of drawing with line and writing exercises will be explained. Afterwards, applications regarding the use of drawing for different purposes such as observation, communication and exploration will be made through different forms of representation such as sketches, writing and collage.
