At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn basic design principles and elements 2) Apply abstraction, analysis and basic relationships (such as reference, figure-ground, solid-void), 3) Produce 2D and 3D formal compositions, 4) Gain the ability to represent their work through drawing, toning and models.

COURSE DEFINITION
In this course, it is aimed to comprehend the basic design principles and elements theoretically and practically, to reproduce the abstracted information with abstraction and analysis, to think in two and three dimensions, to develop the skills of producing two and three dimensional compositions.
