COURSE DEFINITION
Within this course, as highlighting common framework of Tekke-Sufi Literature definition, through the topic of Turks and Islam, tradition of Ahmet Yesevi will be introduced by defining the historical ground that forms this literature. By giving information about the creation of this literature in Anatolia, outputs of Sufi literature will be evaluated from the point of topic, theme, form and type features, language and also rhetoric. In addition, the most important literary identities of the literature of this period according to centuries will be discussed through selected works.
