At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to get information about Başkent University web page and other information services 2) Will be able to utilize Başkent University Learning and Content Management System (Moodle) 3) Will be able to explain the basic components of computer systems 4) Will be able to get information about the effects of computers on human health and the copyright 5) Will be able to operate general application packages of Microsoft Office Program 6) Will be able to cite and reference using a word processor program 7) Will be able to gain the ability to work with spreadsheets using a spreadsheet program. 8) Will be able to gain effective skills for presentation preparation by using a presentation tool. 9) Will be able to create tables and forms using a database software.

COURSE DEFINITION
