1) Be able to design and fabricate a simple microfluidic system
2) Get an understanding on the benefits and the limits of microfluidic systems aimed for biological applications
3) Gain the knowledge of the parameters that are important to design cells culture on chip and of the latest technological development in organs on chip
4) Understand the need for life-long learning to maintain and enhance their technical skills
