COURSE DEFINITIONIn the law of civil procedure, lawsuits are classified by various criterias. One of the most commonly used criterias is the classification by legal protection demanded from the court. One of the most commonly used criterias is the classification by legal protection demanded from the court. The lawsuits classified by demanded legal protection fall under four categories as action for performance, declaratory lawsuit, ?indefinite personal action? and constitutive lawsuit. ?The indefinite personal action? has been brough into our legal system with the Law on civil procedure (No.6100). In the cases where the claimant can not be expected to define the exact amount or the value of the claim or where this is impossible, he can file an ?indefinite personal action? by specifying the legal relationship and a minimum amount or value. The partial lawsuit is a category under the classification of lawsuits by quantity of the claim. In a partial lawsuit, plaintiff files for a certain part of the claim for the present.
