LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to determine the international jurisdiction of Turkish courts in disputes involving foreign elements. 2) Will learn about the enforcement and recognition of foreign court and arbitrator decisions.
