At the end of this course, the students; 1) The concept of "technolgy law" is going to be well understand. 2) Legislation regording technology law is going to be reviewed. 3) Legal issues devided from Space and Computer technology are going to be focused. 4) Liability in technology law is going to be considered in all its bearings.

COURSE DEFINITION | In this lecture, the need for the contemporary branches of law such as telecommunication law, energy law and medical law, which have been formed apart from the classical branches of law in order to meet the necessities that have emerged from the technological developments, will be discussed, the relevant legal principles and provisions will be examined and the closure of loopholes in doctrinal and judicial interpretation will be seeked. |
