COURSE DEFINITIONEven though there have been certain amendments in the content of the Code of Obligations (Law No. 818) in the 80-year long time period since its enforcement in 1926 until today, these were not radical and important amendments. It is compulsory and of importance to thoroughly review and update the fundamental codes such as the Code of Obligations, so that they may respond to the conditions and necessities of the day.
