At the end of this course, the students; 1) learn the basic concepts of administrative law. 2) have knowledge about the place of basic concepts and common terminology of administrative law in public law. 3) achieve competencies about administrative organization of the judiciary and judicial practices based on the entry and mid-level. 4) acquire an overview of judicial methods. 5) acquire the practice of review on judicial methods. 6) learn important subject matters in the framework of administrative law such as basic principles affecting administration, concept of rule of law, administration's commitment to law, sources of administrative law, administrative transactions, administrative sanctions, control of administration, and so on.

COURSE DEFINITION
Important subject matters, inter alia, administrative law and administration, basic principles affecting the administration, state of law concept, other basic principles, due process of law, sources of the administrative law, administrative transactions, administrative sanctions, inspection of the administration, which all may have repurcussions on the national security will be covered.
