COURSE DEFINITIONThis course explains how organization should be designed to meet environmental demands. Nowadays, organizationals have to survive both complex and uncertain environments. Also they have to deal with various national and international pressures. In scope of this organizational design course students will learn how to design flexible organization stuctures suitable for dynamic environments.
