At the end of this course, the students; 1) Understand the basic concept of radio frequency systems architecture. 2) Have detailed understanding of radio frequency communication systems standards. 3) Ability to design various transceiver systems. 4) Ability to design heterodyne and direct conversion receivers. 5) Ability to design integer-N phase locked loop (PLL) synthesizers. 6) Ability to design fractional-N PLL synthesizers.
